All progress is good! "Small" progress to some is "big" progress to others, anyway; let's not think in terms of "enough" progress. That just gives us another reason to beat ourselves up, right?
I just saw the first stinkbug of the year, and my cat is wailing pathetically to go outside, so I guess it's really Spring.
My only problem is that I can't find calorie information for Sheba.
From the Feline Diabetes board: Calories per can of Sheba pate is 113, with the exception of the beef, which is 114 ( all have the same as-fed values, according to the company).

Sheba's own website gives nutritional breakdown for each product, but no calorie info.
Yeah, I checked their site and was annoyed I couldn't find info. I can't fatten our wee cat up if I don't know how much we're feeding her. Sheesh, manufacturers!

Made it through therapy. Still have to deal with the billing questions with the meds manager. But I see her Wednesday and I'll go in ealry to talk abiut. If there u an insurance issue I'm going to get a release so my Dad can deal with them. Or Mom because I can't an my therapist told me too.
We'll she said it's probably too stressful and u should delegate if possible. I think Dad would be best.
I surged on a tasty sandwich --which I need to stop doing. And I'm going to get a buzz cut at supercuts.
Then I need to go home and finish this blog post foelr Second Life. I've been hanging there a lot and have found a cool community that has a blog. I wrote one with"pictures" (screen shots) and now I have to do one about a store. I'm blocked mostly because the person who runs it drives me nuts.
After that I'm going to write another fun one.
Possibly take a walk. Maybe
seems like a lot to put on the day.
Also it's sunny and in the mid 30s and I'm wearing a t shirt and cardigan AIFG!! Only need a light jacket for outside.

Dog update: no one called to claim the dog, so Abi brought her to the Humane Society on the way to work today.
I'm trying to find something to do in Hawaii in the rain. Looks like it's going to be raining all day. I think I might try to be responsible and get some work done, or some job applications, or something. It looks like nice weather for tomorrow, so I'll go to the beach then.
