You're not gonna jokey-rhyme your way out of this one.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

She did! AND she climbed up the big mast! And saw two whales. So in the end she had a great day.

Oh yay! Step one for growing up...sunscreen.

I have eaten half of a very large (local/organic/fancy) chocolate bar, and am very very tempted to just eat the rest of it. Even though I am not hungry and had dinner (and chocolate). But so tasty!!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I wanted dessert and then remembered there was a mini cannoli in the fridge! Win!

Toast with avo sounds good, but that's how I roll. But aren't you allergic? That does shift the pendulum a fair degree.

I think my kids are mostly taking care of themselves tonight, so I'm going to try to get a jump on my class prep before they have to go to bed.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm hungry. I was going to stop at a grocery store on the way home, but all the grocery stores required driving up hills that I didn't want to attempt in the snow, considering how much skidding I was doing on flat ground. I do have food in the house, but all of it requires actual effort to make it from ingredients into food.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Yay for sunscreen!

Everyone with snow and ice, please be careful!

I had a great Mardi Gras, but today was a suck fest. Mentally and productivity-wise. And I spilled water on my laptop the other night and left it upside down with paper towels but I'm afraid it won't recover. Kind of feeling like the universe's butt monkey right now. Not looking for hair pats, really. About to take some Xanax and go to bed.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Toast with avo sounds good, but that's how I roll. But aren't you allergic? That does shift the pendulum a fair degree

Not lethal just mildly annoying and can't turn lethal. And I'm taking enough allergy meds to drop Secratariet. And avocados are delicious. Especially on toast from homemade bread. When that becomes a semi-chore to eat? Yeah, I'm sick. Bleh.

Punishingly Intricate

Awww, Anne, your cats are like "I've waited my whole life for you!"

I ate the rest of the chocolate bar. Now I feel ill. When will I learn?? You'd think I'd know by now.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Finn and Spidey are the best bromance.

My tummy is still very unhappy, but not quite unhappy enough to rid itself of the chocolate. Argh.

I went to karaoke and saw my ex from a couple years back--how is it that long ago?!?--she'd texted me and said she'd be there. We so don't work as a couple but dang she's freaking adorable. And talented. I just want to cuddle her lots.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Finn and Spidey are the best bromance.

They are a huge amount of fun to watch together. Connie, I think the dialogue went just as you said.

Thank you all again for your advice and reassurance while I was freaking out about Finn's not eating. Appetite is not back yet to full - he only ate half his breakfast this morning, but he was eager for it.
