[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love and ~ma to you, Ginger.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Tons of ~ma, Ginger. I'm hoping 2015 is much better to you.

We're spending a quiet NYE watching a movie and eating our lentil soup for luck in the New Year.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Much red blood ~ma, Ginger, and may 2015 be a better year.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh Ginger, may the new year bring you, um, more blood. (It sounded better before I typed it out.)

We are having a quite evening at home with our jack Mormom relatives. This is nice!

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I've eaten black-eyed peas for luck and greens for money almost every New Year's of my life. I think I'm doing it wrong.

Our wings are not tired.

The boy is out cold so perhaps something worked. He was vomiting all night and much of today too, and had chills, so more than one ailment going on. No partying for him tonight.

I'm getting out of here and going downtown for the NYE thing. Would have gone earlier for all the festivities, but it has been raining. I must be there for fireworks and ball drop though, even in the rain!

And great good luck to all of us for the coming year.

Thank you all for being part of one of the most important elements of my life. Cheers!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

For me too, Ginger.

Happiest of New Years, to all of us!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

My family tradition of eating chips and dip while watching whichever NYE tv show seems most interesting was not followed. Instead I imbibed Canada Dry and soda crackers. Daniel was sick last weekend and I seem to have waited until my day off (Wednesday) to come down with it.

Have I mentioed that Harvey appears to thoroughly enjoy his kennel? Putting it six inches from a heat grate probably helps, but he goes in there to nap even when we aren't specifically confining him. The people at the pet store knocked some off the price because it had been sitting around collecting dust, but it's just so perfect for him.
