I hope that there were fun days all round. We had great fun, family, and food. Transport is now an issue though. The truck may have thrown a rod. Just paid $3400 for 8 new injectors now who know what. Over 100 miles from home of course. Had to get 2 family members to fetch us because 4 of us, food, and dog would not fit with another driver.
So AAA this morning to get towed cross state and my brother will cart the rest of us home. Bother.

I can't even speak how much I hate having to do this. My landlord is useless and living in an 1860 building means prevention isn't really an option.
This morning, the cutest little grey mouse eluded me all over my kitchen counter. I can't bear the idea of killing it, but I just can't live peacefully with them.
I am not proficient with typical Victor traps but haven't found a better option.
Any ideas?

The entertaining part of being the partner of a cross-dresser means I can buy him a vintage jewelry box for Christmas. It's so cool, I kind of want it for me, but I don't need it. And he'll love it.

I totally forgot how draining it is to be in the store with that many people and that much noise and that much stuff going on. My head is still rattling with all the noise.
