Sunnydale's got too many demons and not enough retail outlets.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

The rabbi at the synagogue I used to attend in DC was arrested for setting up a hidden camera in the women's showers at the mikveh. This is just creepy.

The Red Cross site [link] says 3 months. It's 6 months for certain European countries.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

And now it turns out that the Rabbinical Council of America had investigated him twice before -- once because it was alleged that he was staying overnight in a hotel room with a woman who was not his wife, and once for something about some conversions he oversaw where they're being really vague about the details of what the issue was, but they say it wasn't anything sexual in nature -- but with the hotel thing, they decided they didn't have enough evidence to do anything, and I'm not quite sure what happened with the conversion thing.

I'd gone to discussion groups he led on the role of women in Judaism. His views, which I mostly didn't agree with but I appreciated how much thought had obviously gone into them, were toward the more liberal edge of Orthodoxy.

He also taught some classes at the University of Maryland. My cousin had him as a professor for a class called Law and Ethics.

Always Anti-fascist!

It's so sad when someone who can be so admirable in other ways has a weird secret life. Also, weird for the spied-on women, naturally.

Thrive to spite them

It's alway horrible when someone you respect does creepy things.

My root canal is scheduled for Tuesday. I keep reading that it doesn't hurt more than a filling but considering how the attempt to fill it went I'm dreading this. Plus it hurts more now.

Comcast trip rescheduled. There is something wrong on their end with the Internet speed. Last night the download speed dropped to 2.4 mbps.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

askye, it's not bad. It takes longer, but it really doesn't hurt more than a filling when it's all over.
