Oh dear. Well, I think it would be a toss up between catching up on work or learning a new language for me. The language would have an edge.
The New Yorker is an excellent option. Of local interest they had a thing about LeBron James being scheduled to make his decision announcement before the UN. Made me chuckle.
I need to go to the store and get better food for the munchies.
Yeah, grape nuts and yogurt can only take you so far. FTR, the raspberries I had for breakfast were particularly tasty.
Smashed avocados on toast are pretty wonderful.
Oh yeah. Then again I loved smashed avocados on a lot of things. My eldest had to run to 7/11 to get his free slurpee. Not interested in that one.
How are you doing, Trudes? Recovered from the horror of moving rapidly?
OK, I'm finally in a place where I can start sorting things. Hubby was MRSA colonized, can I donate his clothes or should I throw them out? Or is it a more direct bodily fluid thing? They never said I couldn't touch him.
Looks like it can go either way:

Thanks, Epic. As worn as his clothes are anyway, I'll throw out most of them and wash his wolf t-shirts and wear them when it's cool enough to wear black t-shirts again.
I had my first interview today! It was for a job at the University of MN and held via Skype. The people who interviewed me seemed nice, and I like the way they described the job. No idea what they thought of me. I'm not great at picking up on that kinda vibe in person, much less over Skype.
