Today is also the anniversary of the day I and the cats moved in with Daniel. Ordinarily we celebrate by going out to eat but we've already blown the restaurant budget for the month coping with helping his cousin move his aunt's belongings out of her room in the care facility.
Bev, congrats to you and your hubsand (typo noted and left for the fun of it).
Connie,
A building full of a hundred potential tragedies, but tthe perky 80s pop hits still play on the muzak.
This seems like adding insult to injury.
May the peace and love of a purring Harvey flow out to all in need of the warmth.
June 30th was our Colorado-aversary. Six years. We did NOTHING to mark the occasion.
Connie, I'm sorry things aren't going better. Keeping your Viking in my thoughts today.
Happy Anniversary Beverly and DH!
Happy moveaversary WS and Daniel!
So far I'm having a good birthday. TCG gave me a gift card toward the ninja blender I want, the soundtrack to Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and a Pandora bead with garnet colored stones for what would have been our January baby.
Happy anniversary, Bev, sounds like a lovely way to celebrate.
Happy Birthday, sj. All possible happiness wishes for you in the coming year.
Happy move-iversary, WS and Daniel and cats. And Happy move-iversary to you too, Suzi. It's brave to pull up stakes and start again in a new place.
So courage, Strix. And forward!
I don't check inform work much, but I had to see if there was any news on Connie's husband. Your Viking is in my thoughts.
And yay for anniversary's and birthdays
Best to all
No change. We're all just hanging in there.
I just popped in for the same reason. Continuing to send the good thoughts.
Good thoughts for your hubby, Connie. It sounds like he's getting good care at least.
Continuing good vibes towards DH, Connie.
Super Happy Birthday, sj!
Happy various anniversaries to the celebrants thereof!
ION: I just HAD to share these boots I just bought. Super cute, on SUPER sale. And it's all Laura's fault...she linked to those bras which got me noodling around on the Penney's site, and led me to this:

which I feel certain will be of interest to various and sundry people hereabouts.
