Strength to you, Connie.
Oh and Plei, my Ancient Resins showed up today. I love it. It smells like a catacomb.
I have it on my arms, just a small amount from after my morning shower, and it's very soothing for me to sniff them at the moment.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Strength to you, Connie.

All the ~ma, Connie.
Go, Teppy on pushing outside your comfort zone.
I'm at the beach. There was shepherd's pie and ice cream cake, and now there is baseball and magazines.
Much strength to you, Connie.
Oh, Connie. Sending the ~ma as hard as I can.
So much ~ma, Connie.
All the ~ma to you, Connie. You and Hubby are in my thoughts. May this be only a temporary setback.
oh Connie, all the 'ma coming to you.
Thinking of you and hubby and sending all the strength there is.
Connie, I'm thinking of you and DH and holding you both in my heart. Much love to the both of you.
Steph I understand what you are saying about calling people.
I don't mind answering the phones and talking to people like that but I don't like calling on the phone to make appointments or deal with stuff especially when there is a huge unknown factor. Answering the phone is a huge unknown factor but I guess I get stressed about the phone in reverse.
I went to the comic book store and set up a file. I have Saga (although I'm not caught up on it and I like it but I don't love it), Rat Queens and Ms. Marvel. I mostly went with Saga becuase you need three titles and so far those are the three I'm reading, besides the Deadpool trade I bought.
I kept looking at the Marvel titles and some of the DC titles longingly but I'm wary of getting caught in a massive crossover again.
And I realized I haven't heard back from the therapists office about scheduling a intake evaluation appointment thing, I guess I'll have to call tomorrow. I don't want to make that call, honestly I'd rather drive over and deal with them in person.
I went to Burger King today and it was a mad house there were 3 or 4 women all with 3-5 kids each (it looked like some of them were babysitting or had their kids' friends with them) and the BK was backed up with trying to get all the orders. One lady in front of me had a baby on her hip and 3 others all fairly well behaved. She said something about having to get in line again, I thought she meant the line people had formed waiting for their orders. She said, no she had forgotten to order something and the cashier helping her was now getting food out. I said, well just get their attention and let them know, I'm sure they''l help you.
She was too uncomfortable to do that. There were about 8 people behind me in line and so she went to the back of the line, all to add one sandwich to her order, which would be ready and then getting cold by the time she got to the front of the line.
My turn came up and I told the cashier the situation, that the person before me forgot to order something and then went to back of the line, so I'd order as soon as she came back up and finished.
The cashier told me, "I can't let her do that, it's not up to me." I asked her who it was up to, and she said the people behind me since the woman would be cutting in line.
"She's not though, she was before me, she just forgot to order a burger, that's all." The cashier told me it was up to the people in line. So I turned to the line and asked "The nice lady with the 4 kids forgot to order a burger, does anyone mind if she comes back up and orders before I place my order?"
No one had objections. The woman thanked me a bunch of times. I told her sometimes you have to speak up a little.
