Our wings are not tired.
So 3 of us are starting low carb today. I have gained 33 pounds since I was sick in December. It is likely medication which I cut back 25% last week and am going to 50% this week because really child dose is appropriate for me. Bobby and DH are huge too so this is one diet that they deal with best. Bobby and I have borderline sugar issues too, so worth a try. Harder for me with the no meat thing, but doable.
Tomorrow's Father's Day dinner plan is Chicken Marsala, Mashed Cauliflower, Oven Roasted Asparagus, and Chocolate Mouse. Me cooking a bunch is key to success here. And I enjoy cooking so that works. Quiche in the oven now.
All my previous attempts to get the weight gain under control have failed. I am just HUNGRY all the time. Sob.
