She called me, confirmed what I suspected, which is that she never saw my PTO request, and offered to work this Saturday herself so I could have it off. She also said she would ask around to see if anyone was willing to work next weekend for me.

My nephew D is graduating from high school today. I swear he just started kindergarten yesterday. I'm sad I can't be there to see it, but I sent him a Doctor Who pocket watch as a graduation gift. Weirdly, I was just flipping through the television stations, and Kim Possible's graduation episode was one. That was one of the shows D and I used to watch together when he was little.
