Last year we got our holiday cards out about a week after New Years. I am an Xmas card failure.

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2012: If the world doesn't end, I'm going to need a note
Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. 2012--better luck next time.
I'm pretty sure the only cards I've ever sent out were New Year's cards on purpose.
I just realized that my entire address book is on the computer that I probably will not get back until after Christmas.
I am so not up for dealing with any Xmas prep. Thank doG my family decided last year to give up the gift exchange going forward so I don't have so much to worry about, but I want to get things for some of my siblings and I've got friends to buy for as well. My head is just not in it this year, though.
Cards are pretty much out of the question at this point. Meh.
I haven't sent cards out in years. It became an onerous task I just didn't feel like tolerating anymore. I might do a few this year, just to play around with some of my massive store of scrapbooking supplies.
This isn't Buffistechnology, but I highly recommend working out how to synch your address book with some oneline service. Although gmail is not how I send my addresses, it's synched with both the PC and the Mac and all the Android devices, and this address book came with me from Yahoo a million years ago, when I was somehow synching it with Palm. It's always somewhere....handy as shit.
Dear Secret Santa - thank you for the book. I am really looking forward to reading it. Today has been a pretty good day overall, for once, and getting a package just brightened the day all the more. Thank you.
I think my Secret Santa struck again. The Italian Job arrived over the weekend. I love that movie! Thank you!!!
I have a mystery package. It may be from my brother, so I have sent an IM asking, because otherwise....!??!?!?? PACKAGE!!
nope, from brother. le sigh. I was good and excited.
