Looking at the credits for the Iz version I can't actually tell where I first heard it--they blur into each other.
I first heard it when Dr. Mark Greene died on ER. Then Finding Forrester. After that it blurs.

Past 7, no sign of the CL people. I have a table in my garage, I haven't eaten dinner yet, and I'm irritated.
