I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I guess I'm used to having the conversation by email. And she offered to buy it "SITE UNSEEN".

Anyway, I texted her. We'll see what happens.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Fingers crossed for you, Ita.

Egad, where has the day gone? All I've done is grading and laundry.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

And if you cannot that is arguably not pizza.

Because books.

Can an employer ask you disclose medical conditions and current medications on an emergency form? That doesn't seem right to me.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Can an employer ask you disclose medical conditions and current medications on an emergency form?

They can't ask that in a job interview, but it's not uncommon to have that on file for emergencies.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

it's not uncommon to have that on file for emergencies

But surely they can't insist on it, though?

The "medicine" attending was pretty reasonable--they read my file and said it was obvious what my neuro wanted out of this visit, and that they'd do it, make sure I was okay, discharge me, and tell my doc so that he could set it up for the home dosage.

Apart from the hugely long waits in between stuff, it went quite simply. And if that's how they deliver it at home it won't be perfect--I could still have mega bad weeks, but 50 weeks a years...

Because I am already accumulating piles of shit I've started giving away the pictures I've ben drawing to the person whose soul I was stealing.

And I don't think she took it as weirdly as the crying lady did.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That sounds like a huge step forward, ita. I hope the home visits go better than you predict.

The game has been pretty bonkers. My neighborhood has been quieter than sarameg's, I bet.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I have been hate-screaming at the 49ers. I hope they heard me. If not, that Beyonce halftime show should get the 49ers back in the game.

I think she rose the dead.
