can someone explain to me what the fatal error is in pizza making when all the toppings slide off the pizza?

Sounds like the cheese is too greasy, or they're putting the toppings on after the cheese is already partially melted.

so, box did not get tilted. It is more of an issue of when the pizza arrives for us to eat, all looks in order, but we can't get two bites into the slice without the top of the pizza coming off.

Oh yeah, that sounds like too much sauce, or at least the wrong proportions of everything, but I'm not sure in which ways.
