Good lord, Consuela, that was just really gratuitous of the Universe.
If there are any 'istas in San Francisco (or Annville, PA, or Waverly, IA) that might be willing to help me out in acquiring something requiring a library card, I would appreciate it muchly.
Scandal is a trip and a half. I do not take any of it seriously. You just can't. This is how I used to watch and enjoy Grey's Anatomy, so I'm okay.
I am waiting for the other shoe to drop when I will start hating the show.
My mother LOVES the nefarious VP on Scandal. It cracked me up how much she raves "She's so AWFUL! It's FANTASTIC! I love an interesting AWFUL character. And the actress is great."
Actress is Richard Burton's daughter.
I'm watching it right now, and omg, some of the acting is SO BAD. "David" just had a scene with Olivia that I was like "wow, can you act any less? At all? Cause damn"
I'm not sure how me disliking a character is spoilery, exactly. eta: doestn't matter if it's ten minutes or ten episodes
Really? I mention that current discussion should maybe be whitefonted going further if it is going to get specific (and, yeah, casting is to me and in our rules) and this is where it's gone?
I don't really care how you feel about a character. I care that a character is showing up in the current season of a tv show.
I keep adding really pretty things to my ModCloth wishlist, even though I never actually shop there. They've gotten more expensive, too.
I forgot I was steaming Devi in the bathroom. At least I know my hot water lasts an hour?
If steam helps her, she should be thoroughly helped. And now I need to mop the ceiling.

This is the first season. The fact that there's a character named Huck is a spoiler in what way? That he's not named Percival?
It's a free enough world so far that you don't have to give a shit about what I like about any show or not--my point is, all I discussed were my feelings, not " detailed discussion of any current-season TV", because this is Natter, and it would be spoilery. I mean, that, and that there's a guy named Huck.
This is the first season.
My mistake. I thought you were discussing the current season, not the first one.
I've switched to a standing desk. I improvised it by piling plastic storage and folding TV tables on my regular desk to lift my keyboard, mouse and monitor. To avoid stress on my feet shifting from foot to foot. Have to get into habit so I can do this even when concentrating on composing. But so far, greatly reduced pain in back, wrists and hip.
