Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would be way more than peeved, Consuela!

And I am not surprised that Jay-Z and JT are nice!

Because books.

Oh god, Consuela. I'm sorry.

I'm just so fed up, seriously. And I'm really angry about the bait-and-switch about the job description. They waited until after the opening was announced to change the content of the job, which strikes me as grossly unfair.

I think that's more than unfair. You can't post one job and then tell everyone they're going to be doing something different.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

It seems that everything they've done with this from the beginning is incredibly unfair and unprofessional. Are you looking for other work? Because... I wouldn't even want to be around these people, even if I did get the job. Which has been changed, and sucks.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeah, that is really ridic. The fact that they are making major changes to the actual job changes the situation entirely, and you should have been made aware. (Though I want to say you weren't because they knew they'd have lost you long before now if they were upfront. Whoever "they" is in this situation.)

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I'm sorry, Suela. That's crazy-making.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I expect to quickly become part of the problem when the zombies rise. I think I am okay with that.

Ha! I think I'm with you, -t.

Happy birthday to Olivia!

I am never going to get anything done, now that my boss needs to review everything. I am currently on my third draft of a letter that doesn't matter.

How frustrating! Total roadblock.

so many doctors and nurses that don't know IV compazine hasn't been available for months maybe even a year
I wish the hospital pharmacy would tell the doctors that they haven't just run out, it's a nationwide (maybe more) shortage since the manufacturer suddenly (from an outside perspective) stopped making it.

Maybe I'm just naive, but... isn't that sort of thing drug company reps should be informing doctors about? Shouldn't it just be a matter of course, to inform doctors and hospitals when a drug is discontinued?

I keep being dumbfounded by your employer, Consuela. I do not think they have your best interests at heart.

Have you all seen the cat with eyebrows? He's been cheering me up for two days. I can't look at him without giggling.

So do strippers going to work but that’s another story.

The hell? If I couldn't make enough money strip-dancing to get my own car, I wouldn't keep doing it.

I do not think they have your best interests at heart.

No, they don't.

I think I'm going to see if I can line up an appointment with a career counselor in the near future. I need to figure out if the cons outweigh the pros here--that is, if I end up getting the job. Which I probably won't anyway.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I do not think they have your best interests at heart.
No, they don't.

Many companies don't, in a way that they do up until it interferes with their perceived best interests, but this shit is messing with your ability to prioritise yourself.

Do they not need your position anymore? I mean, if this hiring requirement didn't come up, would your job have changed because they need this new role filled? This is going from clusterfuck of mismanagement to...Jesus, is there enough stupidity to chalk it up to?

Maybe I'm just naive, but... isn't that sort of thing drug company reps should be informing doctors about? Shouldn't it just be a matter of course, to inform doctors and hospitals when a drug is discontinued?

The pharmacy seems to know. 1/3 of the doctors and 1/2 of the nurses seem to know. But when I mention it's been since, like, 2011 since I had any, the rest are surrpised.
