Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So, anyone here know what a mustache spoon is?

[link]

Mustache and soup don't mix (especially when the custom of the day is to wax one's 'stache), so what's a moustachioed Victorian gentleman to do? Well, they eat soup with Moustache Spoon.

Jesse, if you don't already, create a mail folder or filter or whatever called "kudos" and stick that e-mail in there along with any other glowing responses. It is great to be able to pull up the positive stuff when you have a crap-ass day or when you are doing a self-evaluation. Hard evidence that you are awesome.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I totally have that! It's a good thing.

When I do my self eval, I have to provide hard examples of how I meet or exceed certain criterea. I pull quotes and dates and such from that folder. "On June 14th, John Smith asked me to audit project xxx, worth $500M, as an expert in revenue review".

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I have this! It's called Nice Things.

Looks like K-Bug and bf have found an apartment and are hoping to move as of Feb 15th. They looked at the place yesterday and have some questions for management. They are going back on Friday to, hopefully, sign their lease. I have a feeling it is going to be a stressful 2 weeks and then ahhhhhhh.

I have offered them some furniture and they are all "maybe, I don't know". Kids, you have no furniture, you are putting out rent for the first time ever, there are plenty of small incidental costs that add up fast - take the free furniture at least for the short term.

This is either going to be great for them or a total disaster. He still doesn't know how to give her space when she needs it - but now she can come visit me if she needs to get away.

Because books.

That's exciting, Suzi. There always has to be a first time, right? And now the Jensen Ackles shrine craft room can be set up!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Sparky, if only I were having similar Zulilly issues...then I would stop fucking shopping there. But everything shows up (eventually) fine, and apart from my breasts' insistence on needing an L when the rest of my body will settle for an M, no problem with the wares.

But they are really good for finding weird looking clothes that I wouldn't bump into otherwise.

I'm trying to work out what precisely their business model offers them, and wondering why I haven't seen it elsewhere--is that just my lack of being out in the world? I mean, their prices are decent discounts, at least for the stuff I look at.
