Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jesus, brenda! No, canonically uninformed, and stumbling sideways into everything. I better message my Scrabble partner. Now that I've played...after 17 days, maybe he'll be chatty?

Countrywide had training orientation. Like, all the new hires across the company have the same first day. I'm not sure how irrelevant it was for them, but wildly meaningless to me. No other job has told me shit, though. No packets, no guidance, nothing. Here's your computer, login ID, company phone (and not that here), and months before I even see an employee handbook.

Contractor -> perm in 1 week is pretty stellar.

I was just clicking through celebrity breakups and apparently Devito and Perlman were getting back together? Is that true? I hate when comedians divorce. It's not funny.

I'm really disappointed about this [link] though. I need deets.

After the flood info. Will get that first.

Great news, Amy!

Scrappy, my DH has a trip to The Hague mid-March, and we are trying to figure out if I can get away to go,too.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It kind of cracks me up that the page says the content is no longer available, but really, how much more is there than what is in the headline and sub-head?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

That's awesome, Amy! Congratulations!

Homeslice being a crazy-assed motherfucker, I definitely hope! He's one of my favourite crazy people, as long as he's not hitting anyone (outside of abuse, I will never sympathise with his SOs, because he doesn't appear nice, does he?).

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeah, I should think you know what you're getting into with that one.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Got back last night. The con was fun(even if I missed all of Friday night's programming because I was in transit) and we had dinner with Gary's cousin and family.(Hadn't seen J and C since they moved to Seattle, and hadn't met their toddler before.) Dragged myself through the day, and am quite sleepy now.

Does Huggies have a celebrity spokeswoman? Maybe someone could do some matchmaking...

Amy congrats on the best 2nd day ever!

I have to.... I dunno. I'm super overwhelmed. I need a personal assistant. But the thought of coming up with what my personal assistant should do is too overwhelming.
