So ... I got a promotion, and a raise. I'm now a full-time employee instead of a contractor, and an editor instead of a content writer (although I can still write pieces and get paid for them on a freelance basis if I want to). I'm really hoping I didn't make this up in my head.

I'm really happy it's employee rather than contractor, and as much as I love writing, editing will be a lot easier to do on a daily basis. Plus, I can institute proper grammar and punctuation! I can insist on the Oxford comma! I can also develop a house style guide, because these folks are all over the place.
