Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

For your amusement - Downton Abbey ... as played out on Facebook.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Good lord, msbelle. I'm not going to lie--I thought you were talking Clarendon at first, but it's not like there's any better place for a nightmare like that to happen. I can imagine how that would send a corporate shiver through the workplace.

My head hurts like a MOFO. I have a go/no go meeting at 1:00, and I think it's a go, and I wonder if I can go home after that, considering the 20 or so hours of planned, near-consecutive, work this weekend...

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I think I missed something-- did a worker ROLL OVER PEOPLE AND THINGS with some sort of machinery?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Downton Abbey ... as played out on Facebook.

AHAHAHAHA. Spoilers for S3, obviously. (I have no idea how much of S3 has aired in the States yet.)

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Sophia - in 1998 an employee got in a front-end loader and started ramming it into the offices, tearing down walls. He destroyed the plant manager's car and then went after the manager eventually killing him.

Snow panic has started here- they're fleeing in droves. Well, inasmuch that enough people actually came in to consist of a drove.

And I'm stuck here waiting for the vet to call.

Holy Hell! Crazy day today -- lori had Kuma put to sleep yesterday. He just couldn't really move so much anymore. Sad because he was a lively little guy in his prime.

Compassionately intolerant

I'm so sorry to hear about Kuma, Kat. Godspeed to the little guy, and my sympathies to all who loved him.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Kuma makes me sad in the way Burly made me sad. Much sympathy to you, Kat.

So it seems that housework won out over work work. I straightened the shoe shelves, cleaned the fridge, and washed 3 loads of laundry. Now I need to go to the store. I hate weeks when I have to go to the store multiple times. It indicates bad shopping decisions.
