That's an EVEN BETTER movie waiting to happen.

That's why I share my dreams. I'm mostly not a fiction writer. I get all these great fiction prompts in my dreams that I don't have the chops to follow up on. (And believe me, I've tried on occasion. Still have 12,000 word on "Deadlands" that I don't think will ever become a novel.) Good ideas without the ability to follow through are not worth much. So I share them in hope someone can make use of them. If the original Kristen wants to squeeze in that script in between Nikita work she is more than welcome to it. So is anyone else.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I think (and this is the Internet in general) that people confuse snark with mean.

THIS, THIS, THIS.

Also, speaking as someone who occasionally snarks on other people's outfits, It is becoming apparent that I shouldn't do that publicly anymore. There are some people who follow me on Tumblr for, as far as I can tell, getting upset and calling me a hypocrite when I do. Which makes me roll my eyes at them, but oh well.

The only fashion blog I really follow is Sinister Sartorialist. [link] Everything else is gothy/antique tumblrs where fashion occasionally shows up.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Thank goodness, Suzi!

And ha, Jesse, that's awesome. He should not be too hard to track down!

The SO is home, yay! He drove partway yesterday, but then left New Mexico at 4:30 to get to teach class with me today. I took the dog to work with me and he about went crazy when he walked in.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

In Los Angeles, when you randomly pick an optician, maybe he was a vampire in Amends.

Maybe.

It's cute how well he remembers the whole thing, and refers to the characters, not the actors. He's actually got Emmys since he did the contacts for...well, most of the vampires anywhere, and puts it: "Buffy built my house."

I picked the nearest optician to me, and he has a stake and a picture of him and Skip in the waiting area.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's so fun!

Karma is a cat, sleeping in my lap cuz it loves me. ~TS

There were vampires in Amends? All I can remember are Bringers and ghosts.

ETA: Nevermind, it was probably in Willy's place.

Also, that's pretty cool. :-D
