Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

how do they decide who wears the "I love you" ring and who wears the "I know" ring?

Thought 1: You know. You definitely know. Or you know you will never agree.

Thought 2: She already made them the same genders as in the movie if you follow traditional ring styling. So that gives some people a place to start.

I'm reading some posts on tumblr talking about being fans of sub!character1 or sub!character2, and I've never heard this before--top and bottom, sure, but not sub. I am very curious to know if they're conflating the two dichotomies or not, but since I don't understand being a fan of a character's sexual position, it might just be gibberish to me from guggle to zatch.

OMG, WHY DOES PERSPECTIVE HATE ME????

brillig

So we have to be at the hospital tomorrow morning at 4:30 AM for Hubby's surgery. I guess he has an early table, which is good, we should have a rested surgeon. God, so much for the glamorous world of the cardiac surgeon.

But at least this one will be done and he will hopefully feel better.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Do I want to watch the series finale of Fringe? It's on my DVR, but I keep thinking I'm going to be disappointed in it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I was very satisfied by it, Lee. YFMV.

God, putting up curtains in my bedroom turned out to be a fiasco. But at least it's the light blocking ones that sort of work with my atypically sized window frame and the sheers that I can't even hang up.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You guys, I'm in the future! Posting from my phone! Ok, so it doesn't work as a phone yet, but it totally works with WiFi. Sweet

So I just realized I might have to shovel in the morning, which is a huge bummer.

I feel like I should say "welcome to [some year in the past], Jesse, but I don't know what would be appropriate. Congrats on the new technology!

Fringe made me realise what I fucking wreck I am going to (hope to) be when SPN goes out. It was very emotionally precise. Respectful of the long time fan, I feel. Certainly bits of it went over my head, but I could tell which bits--it wasn't confusing.

Graceful degradation, I guess you could call it.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Any news from the visiting nurse? I'm not optimistic, but at the same time that would be such a great solution if it were actually possible.
