The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am caught up too. I had seen the first season and some of the second, but I rewatched them all anyway.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's fun to fall in love with a show to the point where you just have to Watch All the Episodes.

That happened to me with Buffy when I bought bootleg tapes off some college kid in Nevada for the entire run up through S3 before there were tapes/DVDs out.

The only shows I've really played catch up with lately are Adventure Time and Archer, but now that I have the Netflix/Hulu Plus/Amazon Prime triad I've got all sorts of tempting options.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Whee! It's a fun show that only occasionally makes me grumpy. Good for the both of you.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Heh. I did the exact same thing. 'Cept he wasn't in Nevada. Oh, and just seasons one and two.

Then I broke my ankle and spent a few days just sitting at home with my leg propped up in front of the TV and watched them all.

Yes. And occasionally the sappy stuff makes me cry. Not the relationship stuff; the friendship between Bo and Kenzi.

Kenzi is the bestest.

She really is.

I do wish the actor playing the doctor was better at acting, but I mostly ignore her parts.

That makes it sound like what makes things expensive is stuff I quite likely wouldn't appreciate.

That's my attitude about wine. I like the cheap, sweet stuff.

I've sampled expensive wines that were really delicious, but also some that were just absolutely not for me, and afaict there's no way for me to distinguish between the two other than drinking some - the way professional wine people describe wine doesn't correlate well with my drinking experience. And there's a particular flavor that I cannot stand that I don't know what to call, so it's hard to avoid. At least there are some grape varietals I know to stay away from, and some I prefer, but that leaves a lot of gray area.
