Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yep, Theo was 12/26.

But it is apparently msbelle's birthday! So HBD to her.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Hmmmm, if they are his that wouldn't necessarily be a deal breaker. Looks like ill be back next Tuesday so maybe I'll see him again.

Pest control came in, did their thing, and apparently complained that not all our drawers were empty. All the clothes were gone, just other stuff in the drawers. The instructions from them didn't say to empty all drawers. Anyway, they will be back again next Tuesday so I can't put the house back together for another week. Sigh.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Okay, so Yahoo was wrong. I'll call it a belated, because I wasn't around then. I'm gonna birthday somebody today, though.

Happy birthday, msbelle!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

msbelle, felicitations on the anniversary of your beneficent birth! We celebrate the presence of The Nicest among us.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Happy birthday, msbelle.

One weekend, I swear all of the ads I saw were for this ear cleaner machine thing. The best part of the ad was the stupid people stabbing themselves in the head with a q-tip and screaming "OW!"

I hated that ad. Sometimes I just let commercials run but when that was on heavy rotation, I was on it with the remote and watched nothing live. So, you know, not just an ineffective commercial for one product but actively made me avoid every single commercial.

I know someone who worked at a place (I am vagueing it up like whoa) where they got a shipment of severed human heads. It was legit. But they weren't supposed to talk about it. Because apparently people get skeeved when they realize that sometimes shipments contain severed human heads.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I don't think it has ever occurred to me before this conversation that sometimes shipments contain severed human heads. Ever.

It made me think twice about the unexpected packages I got at the post office today, I'll tell you what. But it was okay, it turned out to be steno pads and pretzel m&ms.
