Somehow I've become sympathatic to people with fuckedup accents, if they either live in a country not their home or do a lot of work in another accent.
AS much as they're trying to re-invigorate their heritage, she basically came from one English-speaking contry to another one. At least Madonna was going with an accent loosely related to where she was living.
I get that this is Dunham's first rodeo, but did it not occur to her that at
any time
she might have to walk? Did she come in on a litter?
I thought that Jodie had singled out Sydney (sp?) in a shippy context before?
Is Jessica Chastain the one in the ice blue dress? I'm trying to memorise her. I can only tell who she is when she's with Tom Hardy at the mo.
I love Hugh Jackman's wife.
Yes, ita, the icy blue dress, with the hair that goes from blond to red.
Dustin Hoffman is orange.
I watch British TV! I know what Welsh people sound like!
I watch
Thomas the Tank Engine - Blue Mountain Mystery.
Over and over again. I've started dreaming in Welsh accents.
Does everybody else seem peeved that Les Mis is winning stuff, or is it just me?
By which I meant everyone else at the Golden Globes, not here. I used to know how to communicate, I think.
Nancy O'Dell - also orange: [link]
and a bit Isla Fisher [link]
Man, was it here people were talking about motion sickness on amusement park rides? I just got queasy watching the Expedia commercial that had a little kid and his dad in the teacup ride at Disney. blurgh!
I actually love rollercoasters but can't do (or see or really even think about) rides that go around and around make me immediately nauseous.
But Nancy O'Dell's dress is ROCKING.
