The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I hate to say this, but neither of my cats would touch Blue Buffalo

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Loki is sad and wants his carbs.

I like that I can be reassured by people here. I culled so much when I moved and donated all of that. The few things I brought down, I really need to get to their new happy homes. For cash. Well, PayPal.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I expect that to continue until....what, Superbowl? Is that the next game? Or is there another before it?

AFC championship game, then the Super Bowl.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ha ha! Years ago, I got Homer some diet cat food, and he did lose weight, because he just didn't eat it. I figured he had so few pleasures in life, why take one away?

ION, is anyone watching the show that looks a lot like Revenge, but with a black woman doing the revenging for her childhood friend?

brillig

Our cats hated Blue Buffalo, too. You cannot force the kids to eat the healthy food.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

You and me both, Lokes.

Deception? I saw the pilot.

Interesting lineup of things I'm watching these days: Revenge, Scandal, Deception...

My other grain-free option from PetSmart/Co (I don't know which it is) is Wellness, I think. There might be another option.

But I'm really not on for another diabetic cat, and Loki is 16.5 lbs. And while he's long, that's just not good, especially with a 2lb gain in the last year when he's been more active due to Pumpkin. So we're throwing down. God help me if I have to lock them up to feed separately. There's NO WAY I can convince Devi to not be a grazer, and I've got to get weight back on her. The other two- well, they get 1 c in the eve, and that's it. Problem is, Loki eats most of it, and I think Pumpkin adapts by eating Devi food. Or something.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Man, I am mildly feverish, huh? I wandered into the bedroom to find the thermometer, like, two hours ago, and got all bleary eyed and forgot what I was doing and put on mascara instead. IDEK. But I can tell it's just low grade post flu shot fever, so I don't know why I need to take it. It's not like I can do anything about it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I feed all my animals Wellness, mostly because I like the blueberry smell better than the vaguely fishy/carrion smell most dog/cat foods seem to have. They gobble it right up - well, they gobble up the teaspoon of canned food they each get every evening, but the dry food gets eaten sometime during the night, too. But I don't remember any of them ever turning their noses up at anything for long so I don't know if that means anything for cats that aren't my cats.

Oh god, this football thing is going to drag out longer, maybe?
