I went to the doctor for a physical/check in. Got my Dtap and Flu shots while I was there.
I also got a prescription for megadoses of Vitamin D for the next 8 weeks then I can start on over the counter levels because my D is so low.

I have a doctor's appt this afternoon. I've been sick, snotty, sinusy, exhausted, asthmatic, etc for over a month now. I've gone through one course of ABs the first time my sinuses got infected and it feels like they are headed that way again. I feel so crappy, I just want to sit here and cry.
