I am Theo. I was a little bewildered when the alarm went off this morning.

I think I've done quite enough for the day, I'd like to take a break and get a manicure.
I am bummed about my nails. I did a cursory version of Ruby Pumps before we went out for NYE and I was going to clean it up and finish it. But yesterday morning I sliced a little bit of skin on my finger. It cut so cleanly that I didn't notice until later when I saw the blood. I couldn't figure it out for the longest time, and then I realized...I'd cut it on the ice in the birdbath! I'd melted it and pulled out the big slab of ice, which I then showed off to the SO sitting in the sunroom, and threw it like a frisbee. A giant, very heavy, apparently very sharp frisbee. Anyway, so now I can't redo my nails, which is sadmaking.
My alarm didn't go off this morning. I woke up wondering why it was so light outside, when my alarm was supposed to go off right around sunrise. Oops.
It's nice and quiet work-wise today. I hope that trend continues through Friday.
Man, I need to pick a 2013 calendar. I was sure it would be SPN, but then Hobbit. Still--there is more confirmed hobbit than there is Show, so I should go SPN.
And I'm also sad I forgot to put together provocateuse calendars before the new year. I haven't done that for a long time.
That sucks, meara--did you miss stuff? I changed my alarm clock (for some reason) to announce the time before setting off the alarm, and it freaked me out this morning. My android devices talk to me way too much.
Apparently insurance has "approved" the neurostimulator trial. But I have no idea how much that means I have to spend--on the trial, and then on the final thing if the trial works out. I'm not entirely sure why this doesn't seem to be normal information to gather before the procedure. Need to get back on the horn to insurance.
And I do need to start getting my FSA refunds. All of that this month. It's a promise to myself.
Apparently insurance has "approved" the neurostimulator trial.
That's a start!
I feel like I used to get calendars as gifts, but not for the last several years. Maybe I'll start giving them next year, in hopes of getting one!
In short, I need to buy a calendar, too.
That's a start!
I don't want one, though! I really really don't want one. But I feel like I'm up against a wall, and this is the only paddle within reach. So to, ah, speak.
Tom, that calendar is way cooler than I am. Well, at least cooler than my cube at work.
I have a calendar of the Mayhem guy.
