I am determined to get mac going to sleep by himself (me not in his room as has been for MONTHS now) before school starts back on Thursday. Last night was ugly and ended up with me in his room sleeping after an hour an a half of wailing, threats, disruptions...To no surprise I overslept this morning and am grumpy mc grumperson. mac seems surprised by my mood.

I couldn't stand being inside anymore, but my face is still a little too swollen for other people to see it, so I went out in the back yard and pulled weeds. It only lasted about 20 minutes, and didn't really make much of a dent, but if felt so good to be outside. I may go do some more later, after my nap.

No surprise NYE cancelled here. I have the Death Flu. D. basically followed me around with a mop last night.

And it was a pretty small crew this year, as lots of people were OOT or couldn't find sitter's, but then M's main kid buddies in Springfield are going to get shitty weather and they aren't coming.

So I am bummed...and sick. I have a 22 lb. ham in the fridge, and all I can eat right now is water, coke (to stave of caffieneless headaches on top on the flu aches) and saltines.

2012, I won't miss you. You kinda sucked.

I got out without intersecting with the viper, but observation is SLOW. We shall see.

I would stick around to explain how, but they've just given me the right amount of meds in the most ineffective way, and the combination of nausea and hunger (it's been 24 hours) is making the pain so much worse.

ION I am in Cheyenne. Drove around town for a bit but no much is open on Sundays. Will be meeting up with Val in a bit.

I am soooo not motivated, ut I am also soooo annoyed by the state of the house and am determined not to waste 3 days of no work.

dishwasher unloaded - possibly mac
vacuuming - mac to do his room
remaining Christmas card clean-up
receipt entering (should do that next while sitting)

Floors clean, new toilet seat installed, plant vacuumed, feeding face.

No plans for NYE. I'm good with that. Not being deathly ill this year is enough.
