You know, I've saved lives. Dozens. Maybe hundreds. I reattached a girl's leg. Her whole leg. She named her hamster after me. I got a hamster. He drops a box of money, he gets a town.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Did I mention how much fun I had this weekend?

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

WRT to your white font ita !, WORLD OF YES.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Oh, it seems P4 may have revealed classified info to Broadwell - perhaps about Benghazi.

good grief. He needed to resign.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Jilli, I don't understand how you'd work this [link] with a skirts only wardrobe--what am I missing? Isn't that mandatory hands up your skirts and leather under layers?

Those would be the reasons that I've never purchased one of those leg holster bags, even tho' I think they're incredibly nifty. I have to admit that they really, really wouldn't work with my wardrobe of skirts and petticoats.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Strix, I need to find you an article about that actress. I think I reblogged it on tumblr. Let me go look.

In the meanwhile, random RDJ: [link]

(apologies for typos, but it's double vision time again, and the red underline is hard to catch)

Okay, here's the article: [link] (link spoilery for character's name--this is a reveal as of the end of last season, though not the name, IIRC)

I like this about the character very much, in the actor's words:

also isn’t afraid of [...] rage and [...] doesn’t care about making you uncomfortable

Efficient qualities in a zombie apocalypse.

Oooh, she is interesting! I love me a smart, multifaceted actress, and a powerful woman of color is especially awesome and happy-making.

I haven't read TWD comic compilation (I feel in my bones I shall succumb with inevitible B&N Xmas gifts cards) but I'm OK with the few spoilery comics bits.

I'm already Team Michonne, as I think Andrea is thinking with her vag; I get the burning desire for security, but that place would give me the creepin' wiggins EVEN before the toward the end scene with that staged fight there.

Efficiency is ALL important in a zombie apocalypse. I wonder, though, she didn't just find a katana and get Magic Skills after the zombies came out? She had to have had some training before, right? Please?

Swouncing

Skipping all the way to a new thread because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is a double Buffista event: it's Jessica's birthday, as well as (according to sj "If the Apocalypse Comes, Beep Me" Nov 12, 2010 9:59:29 am PST ) sj and TCG's anniversary.

Happy birthday, Jessica! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

Happy anniversary, sj! With lots of wishes for a wonderful year togetheer!

(And apologies for all those I've missed during the past couple of weeks - we've had internet problems (yeah, *again*) and problems in solving the problems. Let's hope it's all behind us, now. I've actually skimmed after Sandy to make sure everybody was OK, but still.)

[Edit: here it's already the 12th! The board moved to daylight saving time! I blink - for, um, several thousands of posts - and an hour is extra. How odd.]

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

sj,

apparently the other other woman ONLY saw P4 when she was with her husband. Nothing romantic. So Broadwell really did a Fatal Attraction on her for no reason.

move out and draw fire

Broadwell's got nice arms, though.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthday, Jess! Happy anniversary, sj!
