I knew a girl named Xochitl ( pronounced SO-shee.) I think it is Aztec in origin. She was the daughter of commune-living hippies, nothing mexican or aztec in her background. Amongst the rest of the kids at this yearly quaker retreat were the usual Sages, Orions, Karmas and other such herbs, astrologic/nomic and eastern-hippy-interpreted-religious names.

My team met with our new director this afternoon. We went around the room(s) introducing ourselves, and when it got to me, his reaction essentially was "oh, so you're the life ruiner!"

I did the wii fit for 30 min Tuesday AND today - both days included a 1 mile run. My calves are not so happy. But I WILL continue.
Oh and I finally remembered to load up my iTouch to have with me for the run. OMG so much easier. Then I googled search 15 min mile music and found some good suggestions, so now a playlist has started.
