Spike: Lots of fuss over one girl. Other things to do around here--important things. Angel: You know that whoosh thing you do when you're suddenly not there anymore? I love that.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

My secret to not hearing LDB is never listening to the radio, except for public radio and satellite radio.

And, um, not doing any brick-and-mortar x-mas shopping.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I thought I wasn't going to have anything to say here in Natter because my job is awesome

This made me LAUGH.

Hi Kiba!

I am also still in the LDB game.

So sleepy. And impatient because I want to start freelancing but I'm trying to be responsible about setting the groundwork but all I can think is WHY AM I STILL STUCK IN AN OFFICE!?

Heh, Tom. Although you left out all the dying.

Ooohoohooh, baby! I don't want a lot for Christmas....

In all likelihood, I will lose the LDB game this evening, because of the radio station the super likes to play in the laundry room.

You're saying not hearing LDB isn't worth living in dirty clothes for a few weeks?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The reasons I don't mind losing the game are twofold: Ezra Jack Keats and The Supremes.

I can't think of any other Christmas music or books we had in the house growing up.

Okay, my status report is done and mailed in, my shuttle is booked for tomorrow...I can probably pack a bit more while the files copy off this stupid device. I really need to take it to the UPS place. Luckily it's way closer than even the Kinkos I'd been thinking of.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Argh. Just called my dad to see if he's getting his paper delivered yet, and of course he put Mom on. She's all, "I've been here for 3 weeks and I'm not any better! I can't walk anywhere without help!"

I pointed out that she can't walk anywhere without help because she never walks, and nobody can fix that for her. But it looks like today she thinks she's in a nursing home or rehab unit, and doesn't understand why she's not all better. And, of course, she wants "to go home."

Now tagless for your comfort.

I just lost LDB.
