Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I want to be Π.

Wait, I mean π.

That's pi. Why doesn't it look like pi?

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Though the be at the airport at 5:30 part can bite me.

Ewww...that does suck.

I am so glad today is Friday. One class down, 5 to go! And, today is performance day, so I get to be entertained by my students all day. I love performance days!

This project is super fun, too. It's the first time I've taught it and it's going very well. We studied ancient Greek theatre, masks, and myths. The student then wrote their own myth plays and designed/created masks to reflect their character. Now they're performing their myth plays wearing their masks. It is so much fun to hear the myths they come up with and see the masks they created.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Even having been a Buffista for eight years, my number is still over 1000...NOOB.

Yeah, but you had the best entrance ever.

Can a Stompie make me like 76B or something?

As if.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Now that the election's over, stories are coming out from campaign staffers.

Adviser: Romney "shellshocked" by loss - CBS News

They really did believe they were gonna win.

Mitt Romney's campaign got its first hint something was wrong on the afternoon of Election Day, when state campaign workers on the ground began reporting huge turnout in areas favorable to President Obama: northeastern Ohio, northern Virginia, central Florida and Miami-Dade.

Then came the early exit polls that also were favorable to the president.

But it wasn't until the polls closed that concern turned into alarm. They expected North Carolina to be called early. It wasn't. They expected Pennsylvania to be up in the air all night; it went early for the President.

After Ohio went for Mr. Obama, it was over, but senior advisers say no one could process it.

"We went into the evening confident we had a good path to victory," said one senior adviser. "I don't think there was one person who saw this coming."

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

So no one on Team Romney reads Nate Silver, huh?

Mitt Romney had planned to celebrate his election as the nation’s 45th president with an eight-minute fireworks display over Boston Harbor.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Well, now I'm sad!

....or not.

I am super excited to have won Victor's EC bet.

OK, what I need to do is set up my wi-fi, so I can get on my work computer. Apparently my internet now is faster than my wireless modem, so I haven't set it up in the new place yet.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I love how we always go through these rounds of people posting so they can find out their number.

And that there are still stories about how shocked, shocked! the Romney campaign is that they lost. I'm still enjoying those.

(I'm number 6.)
