I think I'm crazy. I'm inquiring about a full time marketing & communications position for a local non-profit here in town. I know the executive director loves me but I'm not sure if I'm totally qualified for the position.

Lawyer roommate linked me to scotus blog, which says basically they left themselves the opportunity to not really rule--they could let California stand where the appeals court had it (yay), but rule that people don't have the standing? Or something. So, left themselves an out. But still hopeful yet scared.
