Anya: We should drop a piano on her. It always works for that creepy cartoon rabbit when he's running from that nice man with the speech impediment. Giles: Yes, or perhaps we could paint a convincing fake tunnel on the side of a mountain.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Any and all of those pizzas sound like good times to me. But what do I know, I had potato tacos for dinner!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

ION, coordinating friends for my father is exhausting. Maybe that's why I'm still tired, even though I should have slept well! I should probably be seeing a therapist, but instead I'm going to get three massages in six weeks.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I actually had a half hour massage at work today (once a month there are onsite low-cost chair massages as part of our corporate wellness program), and it was pretty therapeutic. Also may count as meditation time. Although I'm pretty sure most of the tension came back as soon as I got back to my desk.

Oh man. I want pizza. Or a massage. I have a diet salad instead. Mm, pizza.

brillig

At my company, wellness activities are things like dodgeball. No thank you, I have no desire to revist middle school.

edit: unless I can have the metabolism and BMI I had in middle school.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I want pizza. I should do something about that

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

The leftovers were indeed terrible however.

But leftover (already dressed) salad is always terrible. Salads on pizza can be tasty but you kinda have to eat all of the salad at the time.

Now I am hungry and don't really have a lot of choices.

I want pizza in my past. Thinking about it tonight was all fond memories, but real pizza in real now? Dread.

I still have an iron stomach when it comes to food poisoning. But certain food combos, I will pay for. Pizza is one of them.

Long live spinach and blueberry salads and carrots and nummy hummus and (moderate) awesome cheeses! I'll give up pizza for the taste explosion of argentinean empanadas, the amazingness of fruits and vegs from the local fields and the Dizz burger with sweet potato fries. And that ridiculous grilled portabello and onion sandwich with feta, spinach and garlic aioli on a rosemary ciabatta. I dream about that sandwich now.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

We don't do a lot of pizza, though we had an amazing white sauce garlic and chicken pizza in Boise. Lately, I've been doing flatbreads with avocado on it. Then I bake it with whatever else I can think of (spinach, pea sprouts, already grilled chicken, a poached egg). It's so satisfying and yet not as heavy as pizza.
