Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yikes, Sara.

It's not really scary, as much as I kinda predict that no one is going to end up happy. I think the police response is excessive, that this guy is not really a threat, is genuinely distrustful of the authorities and definitely will hop to a platform. And whether or not his beef is legit, this response is just stupid.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Not a good situation, sara.

In related to Jilli and xmas news, Spoonful has NMBC craft ideas here: [link]

Grace and Noah (and inadvertently me) were in a parade. Thank you Polgara for coming to support them. Even in the rain. Our community is so small town that the every kid in town is either IN the xmas parade or watches it.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Night of the Hunter

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow, Sara, that's quite a .. well, I'm not sure how dying helps his cause, but if he's telling the truth, that's pretty awful. But suicide might make him the crazy person that got held longer than he thought just--way too easy to spin that and disappear it under the bed.

He's in custody. I don't think it was a suicide by cop thing at all.

I've got the grey market soundtrack! Because I needed that hymn Lillian Gish sings, and even more importantly the "Pretty Fly" song when they're on the raft on the river. (Also have a cover of that done in close harmony.)

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I put up a tree - tie it in place and put only the soft ornaments on it. yes I spend 4 weeks picking stuff off the floor

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I put up a tree - tie it in place and put only the soft ornaments on it. yes I spend 4 weeks picking stuff off the floor

I shall have to see about tying it to something. The ornament Bubba destroyed was a Styrofoam snowman, which now has a hole in its forehead where the hanging thread part used to be.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

How about sprinkling catnip toys around the bottom of the tree to distract the cats from the shiny objects?
