Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I would totally send you some of the low-glycemic-load oatmeal cookies in my freezer to you

I am going to spend part of today finding recipes, so I will soon be empowered!

Art Crawl!!!

Today's Good Morning Kitten includes a video of the kittens progressing from v. early baby stage to the later active craxy stage and these people had a baby bunny AND a litter of kittens at the same time.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have really annoying work that needs to get done, but at least it's now in the hands of the person who probably should have been doing it all along, and also there is ice cream. And I get to leave at 2, but not if I hear back from the coworker close to that time.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I've been watching Frasier on Netflix. It makes me laugh and laugh, especially the parts that are not Kelsey Grammer.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Roz knows comedic timing like nobody's business. She is great.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

They're supposed to be letting us out of work early today, but I've already adjusted my internal clock, and I want to leave NOW.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

No leaving early for me. possible leaving early on Friday, but I am not banking on it.

I am trying to remember to drink a big glass of water before I eat. I think it may actually work to make me eat less, but will I just get hungry sooner?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Co-worker came to check my adherence to the flip flops, shorts, and tee dress code, and walked away very unsurprised (tux jacket over the Supernatural tee, black jeans, red steel-toed MJ's and black socks with lace trim). I did tell her I'd give a dollar to anyone wearing bootie shorts.

She thinks I'm counter-Californian and unJamaican--but I will wear sundresses and sandals! Just rarely shorts and even more rarely flip flops. AND NOT TO WORK.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

8-year-old critic Ada Grey reviews The Jungle Book: "People who would like this show are people who like elaborate anthropomorphic animals, fatherly figures, and bears singing the blues into honey." [link]

All other reviews are invalid after this one (although Sun-Times liked it, as did Variety [link] I haven't seen the Trib yet.)

I was also pleased to see that I managed to avoid an appearance in the "making-of" video the theatre posted today.
