I just don't like the flavor. I used to exclude them from my CSA, but I'm trying to broaden my horizons veggie-wise, I guess, so now when they show up I try cooking them up. I know I've had them in the occasional dish at restaurants where I didn't mind the taste so much, but I haven't been able to make that happen at home.
Nightshades: I just don't like them unless they are cooked well into mush and unrecognizable. Or unless they are potatoes, which are delicious.

Another excellent Deviled Egg Pageant! I won favorite drink again with the sorrel (this time in a tie), so I'll really have to step it up next year. But this year there was an actual mixologist there, and she brought one drink and consulted on another.
