Ben: I didn't ask for any of this. I just want to be normal. Gronx: I wanted to be an underwear model. We play the hand we're dealt.

Thrive to spite them

Crystal River has been around forever, it's one those places that everyone goes to and no one talks about much because it's good and there's very little drama.

For awhile there the Wharf and its owners were a Drama Vortex. Buildings burning down, business deals gone bad, family drama, etc.

If you ever go through and have time to make a major detour The Seinyard is a really good place for seafood. But it's in Woodvillle.

Now I want fried mullet and cheese grits.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Why do you have to wear jeans?

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Boss lady called me up a half hour before lunch (and three hours before my day officially ended) to tell me what to do with my time. LADY, I WAS INTERIM DIRECTOR FOR TWO YEARS, I can survive a day without explicit instruction, sheesh. And it's not my fault that you worked four hours past your scheduled clock-out time and didn't get a chance to talk to me before the weekend. No one is asking you to man the house so that we are legitimately open to when we say we are. That's not your problem that everyone else fucked off for the weekend. And, jesus, it was pouring out, no one was going to visit us. Go suck on your finger.

Coding and Sleeping

It looks like we got a new house. A lot of work ahead now.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am sad that the alt-reblog option is gone from tumblr. It was wreaking hell with my tagging, but some posts I just wanted to click more than a heart but fewer than two clicks, you know?

Also, putting the info below the picture IS WRONG. I wonder what improvement it's supposed to effect?

This is way too pretty for my style, but it's very pretty: [link] Aimee should have one, for starters.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Congrats Gud!

Wow, Julie.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So much less scrolling! You don't have to go back up to the top when you want to reblog etc! I love it.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

It looks like we got a new house. A lot of work ahead now.

Congratulations, Gud! Will your commute be any shorter?

Oh yeah, congrats, Gud!

It's only the first week, and I am already feeling the oppression of the CSA. I will never eat all the lettuce! Also, I wasn't paying enough attention, and the farm I went with this year has a separate fruit share, which I didn't get, which bums me out. My old one was fruit and veg and sometimes eggs and cheese and jam! But in my old neighborhood, which is super inconvenient. Ah well.

Except I end up wanting the link to the entry to be near the option to reblog, and I don't want to scroll to the bottom to find out how many reblogs there were. For primarily picture posts, my eyes are not at the bottom of the post. Text, sure, but that's a small percentage of my dash.
