So, uh, hi!
Anyone remember me?
I used to post sometimes. Then I did 2 back-to-back ship contracts that were a bit overwhelming, but I am going home on Sunday! And I have a surplus of internet minutes I need to use up, and I remembered that I literally hadn't posted here in over a year, which is no good. You all are delightful.
So on that note, I'm probably going to be around more!
Hey, zuisa! Welcome back!
Zuisa! Welcome back! I hope when you get home you have a chance to tell us about your travels, I bet they were interesting!!
They have been absolutely amazing. My brothers won't be around when I get home, so I'll nothing to do all day but sit on the internet for a couple of weeks. I will be able to provide sickeningly lengthy and detailed stories about all my travels!
Right now I'm amusedly panicking about the customs declaration sheet I'll have to fill out on the plane when I fly home. There's that little box that will ask me what countries I've visited on my trip, and I think I'm going to need to attach a separate sheet. I've been to so many places. I'm incredibly lucky.
Over a year, zuisa? I *refuse* to believe that, not just because I feel I'm sitting in the same place wearing the same clothes as when you last Nattered. Doesn't, maybe, speak the best of me.
What is a searhorse?
A seahorse? It's the fish in the picture. You know, this fish.
Welcome back, world traveler.
Spanish moss is a bromeliad, oddly enough.
I'm pretty sure it's been that long! I started my 2nd contract in September 2011, when I met up with Meara, and then I was home for a brief 3-week stint in March, and I've been on this ship now since April 4th!
Needless to say I am very excited about having a vacation, and I'm especially thrilled that it's falling over the Holidays!
Welcome back, zuisa!
And Consuela, ugh, I am so sorry. What a craptastic day.
Ooooh! The cats! The kitty island makes me happy.
