I have been going as far as my knees let me. It seems to be extending my range of motion. I am not sure about the 75! I was hoping to take the time to do 25 at work, but I didn't even have time to pee today

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Appraisal visit done. And I forgot I broke my box fan Sunday and it was lying in pieces all over the spare bed. NICE.
Timelies all!
After a large amount of rain, it has cooled down here a little bit.
Squats: I've been standing in front of the couch and going down until my butt touches the cushion (not actually sitting down, of course). That puts my thighs almost parallel to the floor.
My knees have been okay so far, but they are clicking more than they normally do. I think that's the sound of ligaments protesting. They don't hurt, though.
Squat over the toilet! If you can learn to pee without sitting down but also never spray the seat, that's about 20 squats for an average bladder over a day (I'm counting holding the pose as extra).

I knew what that was before I clicked on it.
I had forgotten about that ad! But it did come back to me after the visual context was set.
I mentioned in a meeting with the new director (announcement is official tomorrow at 8) that I'd been up at 1 in the morning getting something set up that the business user in the meeting wanted to use and he was scandalised. I told him it was S.O.P., but he insisted I was creative now, and that time frame was not working time.
And I also had some good idea BECAUSE I ROCK LIKE THAT.
So, next time I see these guys, I don't report up the same chain to the CIO as they do. WEIRD.
So are you released from the crazy weekend launch schedule? That would be great.
YES!!!!
Until this all goes up in flames or something.
My nurse advocate reminded me I have a migraine doctor appointment next week. My mother is right--I can't cope alone. If either he hadn't written a script for 2 weeks instead of four or I didn't have her to call, I'd be very surprised when they autocalled me too late to ask for time off.
Okay, off home. My no-longer-manager said it was time.
