Well, I've recently been independently diagnosed with Asperger's twice. After reading a bunch about it, there's a lot of, yeah, that's me, coming up. Also it seems like it might be the root of a lot of misunderstanding and miscommunication in my marriage.

With our new "open office" cubicles, we have a series of small walled offices that are "quiet rooms". But the doors to these rooms slide and there is no soft stopper, so they basically slam closed. I'd rather overhear phone calls than the slamming, thank you very much.
That cat island group of pictures is kind of sad, because I want to snuggle all the cats and give them brushings and all that. And how did Scottish Folds and Maine Coons end up there? Are they descendents of the population?
Heh, my perception was that they were free to go wherever they wished and were happy, well respected, and communally cared for by the residents. Which made me quite happy and I want to visit there immediately.
