Grace was just having something that might have been an asthma attack. I have a high tolerance for labored breathing, but she sounded like she was struggling. I gave her the inhalers. Still had nasal flaring and slight retraction. So I popped her on oxygen and she settled. Sometimes major durable medical equipment is kind of nice.

sara, the refi appraisal is really about how many bathrooms you have and what other houses in your neighborhood cost. I don't think how clean your house is matters too much.
