I am not...I am not the damsel in distress. I am not some case. I have to work this. I've lived in a cave for 5 years in a world where they killed my kind like cattle. I am not going to be cut down by some monster flu. I am better than that. What a wonder...how very scared I am.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Him and Sir Christopher Lee. I refuse to believe anything else.

Lee's making a good show of it so far. What is he, a hundred?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Cats, man.

And dogs, especially when they team up.

So, I decided to open up the bags of Halloween candy that were still all sealed up in my cupboard from last Halloween and put the various fun sized treats all mixed together into a big Ziploc. That way I can have a few whenever I feel like it without having the daunting task of opening a sealed from the factory container. Anyway, apparently along with my usual assortment of chocolate bars I had bought some pumpkin spice Hershey's kisses? I can now report that those are way tasty.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

So, Isaiah, the boy who gave Matilda the nice gift box?

His mother's fiance works at Pixar.

So now Matilda is going to see a special preview showing of Monsters University at the Pixar Campus tomorrow.

This is one heckuva cool rom-com Matilda seems to have gotten herself into.
