I went with QuickenLoans because they made it easy to do so. So far it's gone pretty smoothly: mostly online communication, a few phone calls, I had to mail in one document. They were not clear about how best to do that, but I suspect that is because mostly people do not have to mail in originals. My house is upside down, but my new interest rate is low enough to make a substantial difference to my monthly payments, which is what I wanted. It'll be paid off 30 years from now instead of 24, but that far in the future is so theoretical to me right now, I can't worry about it.
Tim called the Quicken loan people last night and started the process. The interest rate should drop by about 2.5%, which is substantial, and will certainly help the budget for my impending life as a lady of leisure.

It is interesting how even the ones with LOTS of vegetables (like India) still have fat people!. Also, poor Chad family.
The problem with me waking up at 4 is that it means I am pretty functionally useless for work cause I was up because my brain was too busy. And the outlook window keeps making my browser go all rainbowbally. FUCK YOU OUTLOOK!

And the places they took the pictures, and who is in the family, and etc etc. I love that shit -- like the series of kids with their favorite toy.
Gnarhg. I hate dealing with money that isn't straight up cash. My brain exits left and it's all Charlie Brown adult wahwahwah. Not sure why I could (barely) follow thermo, but APR and blah blah blah and small print render me functionally illiterate.
And I HATE feeling stupid. HATE . RAGEY HATE.
I'm going to kill my coworkers before August, which is when my job actually ends.
I think it's hilarious that I work somewhere where I just typed the phrase "Dalai Lama project."

I got to Chad and didn't want my muffin anymore.
Did you see how some of the Asian families (China, Mongolia) eat more baguette-resembling bread product than the French one? End times, I tell you!
