Update on the potential job I mentioned yesterday: I sent off my resume & CV last night to my friend who's leaving, at her suggestion, and this morning she forwarded them on to the director of the school. He emailed me just before 10am to say he'd like to meet with me soon, possibly as soon as Sunday! So I wrote back right away and said yes, I could meet on Sunday, any time before 4. That was three hours ago, and no response yet! OK, I'm sure he's not sitting at a desk all day like I am, so I should be patient, but it's HARD.
(So glad I was able to schedule a haircut for tomorrow afternoon! I may need to go looking for some decent interview clothes as well, depending on what the weather will be like. I have nice grey pants that will do fine, but not so sure about what I can wear on top.)
