Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

What about steering wheels though? What do cars without steering wheels use? Joysticks?

The Force.

What? I looked at a calendar today.

had a keyfob that contained a switchblade-style backup manual key for unlocking the doors

I think the dueling keys (I only get them on rentals and they include both keys. Basically, if you give me two fobs with keys that swoosh out at the touch of a button, they are dueling in my world. Sorry, Hertz.)

I cannot think of a good baseline car. Because, for me, it has to be a car I'd be okay owning. So sometimes my baseline is a 1993 Mazda RX7. Seriously, I still love that car. And I've never owned one.

but he is a wee little puppet man enough that some scenes stand out as being boxed or his crazy high heels.

Once you see how much he's in heels in Avengers, you cannot unsee. IM3 the same?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

What? I looked at a calendar today.

Love.

Also, remember when we once discussed the ability to in some way offer props to someone with just a click as a feature we'd never want at Buffistas. (The word waffle pops into my brain but that can't be right). And everyone was duly appalled.

Fast forward 10 years and suddenly I am looking for either the like or the up button on every post. Facebook has ruined the world.

Which is hyperbole, of course.

Heh,

Nothing is quite as funny as watching Loki looking for the source of the magical treats after he's been given ONE. Damned cat is on a mission. He even lifted the carpet and a chair cushion. And he saw where they came from. Walnut brain.

Whereas Pumpkin is just trying to butter me up when she's not pawing at the actual treat bag.

And now she just picked it up and brought it to me. Yeah.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Once you see how much he's in heels in Avengers, you cannot unsee.

I have genuinely never noticed it. Unlike the white eyeliner in Avengers and IM3. (To be fair, Chris Evans had it in Avengers, too.)

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Walnut brain? I can get Nunya to do a prairie dog pose by feeding her snicky snacks from the tips of my fingers. But if I put the snack in the palm of my hand, she can't find it, for all of her sniffing.

The Lokes is clever, but not really smart. Pumpkin is both, it is scary.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

FM transmitters are all crap

I know some people have good results from them in dense markets, but I've not yet found an LA salesperson with personal successful experience with one, which cracks me up. But, most places aren't dense markets, so they are a great idea. Living in LA was my decision.

Ooh, Abraham "Buffy" Lincoln is on. I really only want the airborne horse scene. I hope I don't miss it.

IM3 the same?

I didn't actually catch him in flagrante elevato, but shots with too much room for frank evaluation did him no favours. And then he'd be back face to face with Gwyneth Paltrow, and it'd be staged like he had a few inches on her, which, not really.

What's Bruno Mars' most famous song? For some reason I have a blank space in my head where all his facts go.

Unrelatedly I got called "sir" again today.

Millionaire? Fuck You?

Walnut brain.

Yeah.

I didn't actually catch him in flagrante elevato

I am so calling it this from now on.
