The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

In this case, it's a cement looking slab I am using for stepping stones.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Has anyone heard of Femen (nekkid boobies)? They fight injustice against women by topless picketing, including, say, mosques attended by women in burqas who didn't asked to be saved by good-meaning-liberal-leaning perky tits?

Speaking of burqas, I was just reading this [link] article about a non-Muslim woman wearing a burqa for a day, and the thing I'm most sure of is that we wouldn't get along. Maybe it felt good to roll around in extra privilege for a day?

Nurse's "between ten and eleven" is kinda not. And she doesn't seem to think telling me she's on her way is something she needs to do on her own initiative. She called back after my text fifteen minutes later while I was trying to see what the pharmacy number was to call them and ask WTF.

She's going to "reorganise some things". Yeah, sure.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Is she still not there? That's no good.

Beans turned out pretty good, although on the salty side. Not bad for cleaning out the fridge.

She was fifteen minutes away before I made the 11:57 post. I have had time to finish a new drawing, though. So that's nice.

Oh! I think that's her.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Is she reliably late enough for you to plan for her between 11 and 12? That might help the mindgames, at least?

Once she came at 10:30. So, I can't sleep in, except when I might as well have. Can't really run errands, don't know when not to get started with things I don't want to interrupt. She acts like timely isn't in her job description. Then don't arrange times!

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

today I set out to do nothing except go to a pie party .

so that means I have emptied the dishwasher done some dishes, emptied the cat boxes, got aload of laundry going and washed the kitchen floor...

I think I need to rethink the idea of nothing.

I hope you got everything you needed ita

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Oooh, pie. Hmm. Maybe I'll make a pie crust and throw it in the freezer for later in the week.

I feel terribly unproductive today.

Hey, did we know about raw denim? I had no idea it was such a thing. I have to admit, it kind of makes me want to go buy a pair and see if I can break them in: then I could retire all the jeans that don't quite fit me properly...
