This season of Community has been incredibly upsetting, and I think I may just be done with the show. I turned off this week's ep five minutes in because it was making me so uncomfortable to watch. The pacing is completely different since Dan Harmon left and it just makes my skin crawl now.

I should watch some old Community to feel better.

I hear you, Jessica. I've been enjoying this season, but I've had to put some effort into that, and it definitely both looks and feels different enough to be unsettling.

Yeah. It's weird and not in the good way, but there are still pockets of enjoyment. But it's not a little mini-movie* every ep anymore. And the characters feel randomly off sometimes. But the first three seasons of love are carrying me through for sure.

*By which I mean, the previous seasons' episodes always felt dense. This season, they're wispy.

Jessica, on the one hand I am kind of surprised you have such a strong, negative reaction. But I suppose I can kind of see it. It's like uncanny valley for a tv show. Can a tv show be body-snatched?
