"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

"Sources" are saying it's the suspect. Take that fwiw.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Holy shit. Just did a check on boston.com for an update and raced over here to get more info, because of course the Buffistas always have more info.

Crossing all my digits that he's caught and it's over.

Also, I have martini things, though I need to get Matilda settled and down. But I've just accomplished some onerosity (birthday letter written to SIL, storage area behind the nerd hole cleaned, huge messy box of child art culled) and much more lies ahead, so I need fortification.

I've been listening to Jonathan Richman all afternoon, blasting all his most New England-y pieces. It's been oddly comforting.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Apparently Arthur Darvill has taken over the male lead in Once on Broadway. It almost makes me want to see a musical. And I didn't even know I had a thing for him.

What Sue said, except I'm sometimes okay with musicals, and I knew I had a thing for him - but not to the extent of the reaction I just had. Yowza.

And yikes, Jesse. Hoping for as quick and peaceful conclusion as possible.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Did Jon ever make it home?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yes, Jon made it safely home to FAQWife & AWB. I think he ended up doing something like eight and a half hours straight of programming.

I missed Jesse's post earlier, and only just now realized when CBS showed a picture that it was a boat on land, not on water.

Well, there's the thunder.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I missed Jesse's post earlier, and only just now realized when CBS showed a picture that it was a boat on land, not on water.

Yeah, just in someone's backyard.
